Zucchini bread with walnuts +craisins

2cps shredded zucchini
2cps flour of choice whole, GF, other etc.
1/2cp sugar
2cps stevia baking powder
3tsp of vanilla
1/2cp of vegetable oil
1tsp allspice
1tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1cp Craisins
1/2cp walnuts
1/2cp plain nonfat greek yogurt
1/2 tsp Salt
1tsp of baking powder
1tsp of baking soda
1tbsp of fiber/psyllium powder

Mix wet ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Then add in dry ingredients a little at a time until mixed well.
Feel free to add water, or milk(a few tbsp at a time) to get a thinner consistency if too thick, or add more flour (a tbsp at a time) to thicken if too thin.

Grease/no stick spray 2-3 medium- large loaf pans
preheat over to 375°

Cook both in oven at 350° for 40-60 mins until knife/cake tester comes out clean
